Our Mission

Providing optimum levels of care to our patients by safeguarding human dignity and promoting wellness, hope, and self-reliance.

We accomplish this through the collaborative efforts of our team of skilled nurses, occupational and physical therapists, speech pathologists, medical social workers, and registered dietitians. We take pride in providing exceptional care that meets each patient's unique needs.

Our History

2007

Family Care purchases our first home health agency in Las Vegas, Nevada. Though it was relatively small agency at the time, we quickly grew to serving 100 patients at any one time.

2010

We develop two of our specialty programs: the MyHeart Advanced Cardiac Home Program and our non-healing wound care. These specialties help us serve patients with chronic conditions who might otherwise not receive consistent treatment.

2018

Family Care’s second office in Bullhead City, Arizona, passes its Joint Accreditation survey. This process takes several months, and ensures our care is on-par with the highest national standards.

2021

  • We open a location in Lake Havasu City, our second location in Arizona.

  • We begin the licensing process for our St. George office, the first Family Care location in the state of Utah.

Looking to the Future

We are always looking at ways to improve and expand our services. As we open new locations or provide different services, you can find those updates here.

Community Involvement

Our community is such an important part of what makes Family Care successful; we want to give back whenever possible. There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer or donate. Keep an eye out on our social media accounts to see how you can contribute! In the past, we have:

  • Sponsored local youth sports

  • Participated in clothing, food, and hygiene product drives

  • Coordinated events for health awareness months

  • Assembled and distributed care packages for homeless people

  • Supplied arts & crafts events for local seniors

  • Organized and staffed drive-thru vaccination sites

  • Provided lunches for assisted living facilities

  • Organized raffles for school supplies
